HTU in Bristol is seeking a driven IT Support Analyst to handle incidents and service requests, resolving issues efficiently and documenting outcomes. The role emphasizes accurate records, customer-focused service, and collaboration with specialists.

You will work on-site five days a week, using Remedy for prioritisation, assisting with access management, and processing standard changes while escalating complex problems when required.

Formación

• Graduate with a 2:1 degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent.
• Interest in IT and technical problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and logical investigation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Bristol five days per week.
• Eligible for UK Security Check clearance.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 36 months without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Manage and prioritise requests through a Remedy IT service management platform.
• Support users with system access, account management, and technical queries.
• Process standard changes in line with procedures and governance.
• Escalate complex issues to technical specialists when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for service delivery.
• Build positive stakeholder relationships and deliver a professional, customer-focused service.
