Job summary

Finning International Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Graduate - HR Operations to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, systems management and operational support.

You will be supported by an experienced team, receive exposure to service operations activities and take on responsibilities from day one, developing skills for a long-term career within HR operations or business support.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business management, psychology, law or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities to deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Managing interview scheduling, candidate communications and pre-employment checks
• Providing first-line support for employee and manager enquiries
• Maintaining accurate employee records and completing system transactions
• Supporting employee lifecycle activities including contractual changes and leavers
• Producing reports and ensuring data accuracy across business systems
• Participating in projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building strong relationships with managers, candidates and colleagues across the business
