Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting a Graduate Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of multi-disciplined projects in the Water sector. You may be office- or site-based depending on project phase, with travel around the South West Water region.

You will work with the Mechanical, Electrical and Process Team to develop skills, review drawings, coordinate with suppliers, and contribute to safety, O&M and commissioning plans as you progress toward Chartered status.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to develop understanding of civil engineering principles and practices that are impacted by M&E.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of design and build projects in Water and Wastewater sectors.
• Assist on-site coordination with project teams, design and commercial colleagues.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers; manage aspects of M&E subcontractors.
• Review constructability of drawings and supplier designs.
• Support safety culture, documentation, and commissioning plans.
