Stantec invites you to join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in Birmingham, supporting the Water team with sustainable solutions for water and wastewater projects.
You will work with the MEICA team on design, audits, risk evaluations and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a clear path toward professional chartership and accreditation.
The programme offers structured development, mentoring and a route to chartership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Interest in the water industry and sustainable engineering.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Support electrical and ICA design for water and wastewater projects at various design stages.
- Assist with technical audits, risk evaluations and engineering assessments.
- Collaborate with MEICA and other disciplines to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to projects involving storm overflows, flood alleviation and nature-based solutions.
- Develop technical understanding through project work and graduate development.
