The Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is a market leading, constantly expanding, recruitment consultancy based in Brighton. We have a turnover of over £4 million and specialise in placing graduates into roles across a range of industries. Founded in 1996, we employ over 40 people in our Brighton office.
We are now looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Recruitment Solutions team. Established in the beginning of 2017 to meet the demand of our existing clients, this team's role within the GRB is to provide innovative and creative solutions to support our client’s internal recruitment teams with any issues or challenges faced in recruiting early talent. The solutions we offer vary depending on the challenges the client faces and can range from fully outsourced recruitment processes (RPO), innovative projects looking at recruitment strategies, online advertising & attraction right through to tackling industry challenges. We essentially function as an extension to our client's internal recruitment teams.
You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery or high-volume recruitment campaigns for our clients. This is a fast paced, varied role that will give you broad exposure to project delivery, client management, and candidate engagement from day one.
You will receive industry-renowned training and support throughout including group classroom training, individual coaching sessions, and desk-based learning. Progression is well-supported and tracked through your personal development plan, from this role right up to associate director level.
Once confident, usually within 3-6 months, you’ll make the next step in your career either into an early talent specialist position or client partnerships position, where you will begin to take the lead on projects, manage accounts, and build relationships with new businesses through strategic business development, helping to grow the division.
We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and has the confidence to work directly with large employers in a client-facing capacity. An interest or background in sales, account management, or recruitment is a plus.
We have 27 years' experience in the graduate recruitment market - with that comes a strong brand reputation and training and coaching expertise to support your progression through to a leadership role.
Don't miss out - hit 'apply now' if you are keen to start a graduate friendly, lucrative career.
