The two-year programme runs alongside a permanent role, offering structured modules, mentorship, and pathways to professional qualifications.

You will work under the Design Manager, helping to manage design processes, produce drawings and solutions, and support meetings while gaining hands-on experience in blue-chip projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed by September 2027.
• Full UK driving licence or planned to obtain by September 2027.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
• Strong collaboration and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager and design teams in producing drawings and design solutions.
• Develop understanding of client needs in design development.
• Ensure design information meets quality and project timescales.
• Contribute to Design meetings and prepare reports.
• Organise design meetings and maintain project documentation.
