Galliford Try Group is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme starting September 2027 across East Midlands and East Anglia. The role provides hands-on design management experience, working with the Design Manager to develop drawings and solutions that meet client needs and project budgets.

The programme includes training to pursue professional qualifications, mentoring, and a pathway to promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Construction Management/Design (or similar) prior to Sept 2027.
• Full UK driving licence by 6th Sept 2027 and eligibility to live/work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Manager in the design process and producing drawings and design solutions.
• Ensure design information meets quality standards and project timescales.
• Contribute to Design meetings and organise design meetings/reports.
• Maintain project documentation.
