Job summary

Galliford Try is offering a Graduate Site Engineer role in London as part of its two-year development programme. The position supports setting out and engineering control on site, under the guidance of engineers. A strong academic record in Civil Engineering and a full UK driving licence are essential.

You will be expected to work around the Thames London area, with potential travel to other projects. The programme funds professional qualifications and includes a mentor and progression

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track for a Civil Engineering degree (Bachelor's/Master's) before September 2027.
• Full UK driving licence required by 6th September 2027.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineers with setting out and engineering control on site.
• Contribute to creating a safe working environment and provide information to operatives.
• Assist in material reconciliations and maintain quality records per ITPs.
• Help produce 2D & 3D site sketches and carry out as-built surveys.
