Tilbury Douglas seeks a Graduate Construction Manager to join a site-based development programme across Birmingham and the West Midlands. You will rotate across key areas, support planning, coordination, and delivery of live projects while learning from experienced site managers and delivery teams.

This role emphasizes leadership development, with mentoring and a clear pathway toward CIOB accreditation, and aims to build your technical, organisational and people skills for a Chartered

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (2:2 or above).
• Full UK driving licence or working towards by Feb 2027.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day management of site operations, keeping works safe, on programme, and efficient.
• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Contribute to planning meetings, progress reviews and project updates.
• Monitor quality standards, health and safety compliance, and environmental performance.
• Help manage site logistics, temporary works and sequencing of construction activities.
• Develop understanding of commercial processes, including cost control and project reporting.
