Job summary

Qualifications

• GP NHS management experience.
• Strong HR knowledge and staff development.
• Experience with rota management and workforce planning.
• Experience managing patient concerns or complaints.
• Knowledge of GP practice finances and budgeting.
• Proficient IT skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management across two practice sites.
• Coordinate workforce planning and staff rotas to ensure operational cover.
• Lead staff recruitment, induction and retention processes; manage absence and performance issues.
• Act as the practice complaints lead and coordinate investigation and response to patient concerns.
• Support quality improvement projects and governance across the practice.
• Assist in delivery of primary care contracts and monitor service delivery against standards.
• Collaborate with GP Partners and wider team to drive strategic priorities.
