Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committee reporting. The role focuses on minute taking, agenda preparation, and accurate risk pack production for senior management and the board.

You will collaborate with the Risk Control team to deliver high-quality reporting, maintain Terms of Reference, and manage risk documentation with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within automotive finance or banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares committee agendas in consultation with chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials and reviews data for accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions and action items.
• Distributes meeting packs and manages committee packs within required timeframes.
• Manages risk committee meeting schedules and annual Terms of Reference reviews.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
