Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a meticulous Risk Control Officer to support Enterprise Risk Management across committees and Board reporting. You will prepare agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, and ensure actions are tracked within strict deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

With experience in automotive finance or banking, you will interpret complex risk data, coordinate meeting schedules, and contribute to consistent risk governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or banking is essential.
• Excellent minute-taking and data accuracy are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas in consultation with relevant Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; reviews data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within agreed timeframes.
• Produces accurate and comprehensive minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages and owns risk committee meeting schedules and governance calendars.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and ensures membership content is correct.
