Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administrative and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committees. The role collaborates with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to the Board of Management to ensure high‑quality risk reporting through accurate and timely minutes and packs.

The ideal candidate will have automotive finance or banking sector experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.
• Confidential conversations and information must be treated with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas for risk committees in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; reviews data for consistency and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions for ERC and risk committees.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendars to ensure upward reporting to the Board of Management.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
