• Solid experience in automotive finance or banking.
• Excellent minute-taking and data quality control.
• Able to communicate with senior management and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collate materials for committees and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce minutes reflecting confidential discussions and actions.
• Schedule risk committee meetings and maintain governance calendars.
• Review Terms of Reference and ensure membership.
