• 7+ years in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations.
• Experience building a workplace function from the ground up.
• Experience with globally distributed offices and regional regulatory differences.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Budget management with a track record of operational efficiencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication across regions and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Design and stand up global workplace function with policies and processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for small offices across regions with consistent standards.
• Develop remote-first, in-person-enabled workplace strategy.
• Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new offices in new regions.
• Manage vendor relationships across regions and negotiate contracts.
• Partner with People, IT, Security, Finance on space planning and onboarding.
• Own global workplace budget and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Create scalable workplace policies adaptable across jurisdictions.
• Support company gatherings to reinforce culture across a distributed team.
• Serve as primary point of contact for office-related issues across regions.
