Job summary

Jowicom in Greater London is seeking a Global Head of HR to oversee all HR operations and shape people strategy across the group.

You will report to the Global Director of People Operations, partner with the Global Head of Talent, and lead a remote-friendly, international HR function.

The role demands deep expertise in employment law, compensation and benefits, culture, and development to drive performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience heading a growing HR team in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Degree in HR management; CIPD Level 7+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong relationship-building.
• Ability to plan strategically and operate in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR services to stakeholders and staff.
• Oversee performance management and staff development.
• Develop plans for compensation, benefits, and health and safety.
• Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor internal policies and ensure UK employment law compliance.
• Lead HR initiatives to continuously improve service quality.
