Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist in a fully remote, international capacity. The role covers People Operations, payroll, finance administration, travel, events, and internal systems, with ownership and autonomy to streamline processes.

You will be the operational point of contact for employees, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple functions, driving scalable, compliant workflows in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on payroll coordination, contractor payments, expenses, and admin.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience coordinating travel, events, and broader logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including contracts, onboarding, role changes, payroll updates, documentation, and offboarding.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and other docs with accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, contractor invoices, and travel-related approvals.
• Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, and on-ground logistics.
• Maintain records across employee data, leave, travel bookings, and contracts.
• Serve as a key contact for HR and operational questions, escalating when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate processes.
