Harrow Green is seeking a commercially minded leader to own the growth and evolution of the Future Workspaces proposition. You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, manage profitability and lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-enabled workplace solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and service delivery, translating market signals into executable plans and scalable offerings that create value for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• The candidate will bring strategic business development experience, ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience building complex services, consultative propositions or technology-enabled solutions is highly valued.
• Evidence of P&L ownership or strong commercial performance management is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of Future Workspaces as a distinct service within Harrow Green, owning revenue growth and profitability.
• Define the Future Workspaces roadmap across asset intelligence, occupancy data, ESG reporting and lifecycle solutions.
• Act as bridge between strategy and execution, establishing governance, delivery frameworks and commercial models to scale the proposition.
• Identify and win new business across corporate occupiers, landlords, public sector, universities and other complex estates clients.
• Sell consultatively to multiple stakeholders, shaping solution design and value for clients and internal teams.
• Develop go-to-market positioning, target sectors, accounts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build data assets, dashboards and digital workflows supporting the proposition.
