Consult is hiring a People & Culture Partner to support managers across the UK in a remote-first role with occasional travel to London. You will drive employee relations, change management, and workforce planning while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

You will partner with leaders to implement policies, coach managers, and resolve complex people challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience in an operational/generalist HR role, typically at least five years.
• Strong employee relations experience, with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience implementing policies, procedures and organisational change.
• Experience supporting restructures, TUPE consultations and contractor compliance/IR35.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance commercial needs with people considerations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Partner with managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, performance, change initiatives and employee experience.
• Coach managers to improve performance and conduct, applying formal action where required.
• Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance cases.
• Support restructures, TUPE consultations and contractor engagements, including IR35 considerations.
• Help implement People policies ensuring fairness, consistency and compliance with employment law.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on contractor engagements and compliance.
• Promote a culture of fairness, consistency and an excellent employee experience across the organisation.
