Accenture is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead to guide global organizations through HR transformation using Workday. You will partner with clients, lead workstreams, and drive end-to-end HR solutions across HCM and Recruiting domains.

Training and seminars across international locations are part of the role. The position emphasizes collaboration with global talent, ongoing education, and a flexible work model to support projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday HCM Core Services and Workday Recruiting.
• Excellent consulting skills focused on Workday design in HRIS context.
• Strong stakeholder management and client alignment.
• Ability to meet travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in English and a relevant degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Workday HCM and Recruiting industry standards and best practices.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies across projects.
• Host workshops and lead discussions in your areas of expertise (HCM and Recruiting).
• Independently lead your workstreams and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to craft robust solutions.
• Contribute to innovation and learning assets within Workday programs.
