CBRE is seeking a full-time Workplace Design Programs and Standards Manager to support a global workplace design program. This role develops, implements, and maintains standards ensuring global consistency, safety, and operational excellence in workplace design, build, and operations.

Based in Greater London, you will lead the standards release cycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage timelines and budgets for design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in workplace operations, design, construction, or planning.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and projects.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Proven experience developing and running programs — including governance and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of processes, tools, and strategies for the global workplace design program.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align multiple teams and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for initiative delivery.
• Develop and implement change management plans for program updates.
• Deliver leadership-ready reporting on program health and priorities.
• Create onboarding and training materials for cross-functional partners.
