You will drive AI-enabled automation, governance, and strategic consulting, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure a reliable source of truth and successful go-lives within a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR-to-Payroll transitions for Workday clients.
• Ensure scalable processes and smooth go-lives with accuracy checks.
• Own data validation and quality assurance for global systems.
• Partner with HR and leadership to align data flows and compliance.
• Oversee parallel payroll runs, reconciliations and year-to-date adjustments.
• Provide governance, training, and as-needed advisory support.
