Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday HCM/FIN implementations across multiple European locations. You will work within a global Workday practice, engaging with senior client stakeholders and guiding delivery teams through rapid deployments and transformations.

You will participate in pre-sales cycles, leverage AI-enabled accelerators, and contribute to a growing library of Workday assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English.
• Experience in Workday program and project management during at least 2 delivered engagements.
• End-to-end responsibility for Workday implementation (Phase 1 and/or Phase X).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end with strong PMO and stakeholder skills.
• Overseeing engagement financials and overall delivery quality for Workday engagements.
• Using processes and assets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Leading and coaching consultants to the next level.
• Participating in (pre-)sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients.
