Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Integration Lead to drive large-scale Workday integration programs across global clients. You will lead a team of integration consultants, deliver end-to-end cloud HR solutions, and collaborate with client counterparts and Workday teams to accelerate transformation.

The role requires extensive Workday integration expertise, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel. You will engage in pre-sales activities and help shape our offerings for major customers.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with multiple Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel as required and manage virtual interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects across Workday implementations.
