Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for an international client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems, build strong client relationships, and train end-users across multiple regions.

The role requires flexibility for travel to customer sites or global events, and a strong emphasis on Workday methodology and best practices within a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Translate client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Advise on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Demonstrated adherence to Workday Methodology and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementations: Lead, Analyst, Architect, Tester, Trainer.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed.
