Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions tailored to client needs. You will implement and configure enterprise-wide Workday systems for a global client base and lead training for end-users, spanning multiple project phases.

You will join a team delivering HR digital transformation, involved in workshops, design documents, and UAT, with opportunities to travel to client sites and global events. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions.
Translating client requirements into Workday configuration options.
Advising on solution evolutions and best practices within Workday implementations.
Commitment to Workday methodology ensuring modules meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for clients.
Implement and configure enterprise Workday solutions for a global customer base.
Train end-users to use Workday effectively.
Participate in all phases of Workday implementations, taking roles like Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer.
Contribute to development and differentiation of propositions and capabilities; travel to client sites or global events.
