Job summary

HR Path is seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems and train end-users across regions.

You will participate in every phase of implementations, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect and Tester, and travel to customer sites or international events as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions aligned with client goals.
• Expertise translating client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules meet client needs.
• Experience across the project lifecycle: workshop facilitation, design docs, UAT, and end-user training.
• Effective prioritization and personal time management.
