Constructor is seeking a technically focused Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering and product teams. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across global regions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires hands-on sourcing for backend, frontend, data/ML, and product roles, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS in a fast-moving, fully remote startup. Competitive compensation and stock options.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and product roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source and engage top-tier talent across NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience reflecting Constructor’s values.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria and success profiles.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates to hiring managers.
• Manage interview logistics across time zones.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assess candidate fit for technical capabilities and remote work.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and tools.
• Represent Constructor as a brand ambassador in every interaction.
