Job summary

Smart Bricks is seeking a hands-on recruiter to identify, engage and recruit exceptional AI talent globally. You will own priority searches from first outreach to joining, approaching people not actively looking and building credible cases for joining Smart Bricks.

Immediate priorities include AI engineers, GTM talent, AI consultants and forward-deployed investors. You will work directly with the founder, expanding across AI labs and AI-native companies, building pipelines and closing top talent

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on recruitment or headhunting experience, including AI labs
• Experience owning searches from outreach to accepted offers
• Background in AI/technology recruitment or AI labs/startups
• Proven ability to convince passive candidates to move
