Job summary

HT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Graduate recruitment consultant to own a technical market, building a candidate and client base with global clients in North America and Europe.

You'll use AI in every part of your job to put the person front and centre, and you'll win new business, assess client needs, and place people in contract and permanent roles. A typical day includes building email campaigns, writing compelling ads, and running client pitches.

Qualifications

• You've got some sales experience, B2B ideally, but we care more about drive than your CV.
• You can show you've smashed goals before, at work, in sport, a side hustle or anything else.
• You think fast and communicate well, both in writing and in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Building email campaigns and automations.
• Writing job ads people actually want to read.
• Booking and running pitch meetings with clients.
• Building relationships that last years.
• Building and utilising AI prompts.
• Lots of phone calls. Yes, real calls. It's the fastest way to build trust and close deals.
