Job summary

DualEntry is building the OS for finance and is hiring a Talent Acquisition lead to shape and scale our recruiting. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership, sourcing top talent in competitive markets and partnering with founders for role definition and market positioning.

You’ll drive a candidate-centric process, strengthen the employer brand, and develop analytics to measure success, all in a remote-first, fast-moving startup environment with equity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
• Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound
• Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs

Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative sourcing strategies
• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working
