You will partner with senior stakeholders, host hiring events, manage projects, and ensure a superb candidate experience while building diverse pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product & Design recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment projects with a focus on the candidate experience.

• Partner with one client at a time to embed in their culture and hiring process.
• Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
• Collaborate with technical sourcers to ensure diverse pipelines of top-tier talent.
