Job summary

CHEP is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the Serialisation+ global transformation programme. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones, and shape governance and benefits realization.

The role emphasizes leadership, change management, and strategic delivery across digital and OT initiatives. You will manage multi-functional teams, track budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful rollout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading global programs with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead execution of the programme and strategy.
• Support the programme team to determine value drivers and the business case.
• Agree governance bodies to manage risks and decisions; define Sponsorship Group and Steering Committee materials.
• Define and communicate the program's vision, objectives, and scope to stakeholders.
• Ingest new initiative demand and coordinate with platform teams to support decision making.
• Provide guidance and structure to project managers across the group; allocate resources.
• Engage with partners, vendors, employees, and agencies to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to identify opportunities across programs.
• Identify and manage benefits and define benefits owners.
