Job summary

Brambles is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Serialisation+ transformation, coordinating asset serialisation, digitalisation, IoT and data initiatives. You will work across global teams to ensure delivery of milestones, governance, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on online programs or digital initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
Budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation experience in a global context.
Experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead execution of the programme and strategy, defining milestones and the delivery plan.
Coordinate value drivers, vision statements, and business cases for initiatives.
Define governance bodies and prepare for monthly Steering Committee meetings.
Manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities across related programs and projects.
Provide guidance to project managers and allocate resources to deliver the plan.
Oversee change management, training, and employee communications activities.
Define and measure program KPIs, SLAs, and benefits realization post-delivery.
Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams for successful rollout.
