Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead two interconnected transformation initiatives across business and technology, reporting to the Head of Transformation. You will align executive and delivery teams, manage dependencies and governance to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, broad technical understanding, and the ability to challenge assumptions in complex environments. Hybrid working is offered in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience managing programmes with multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive leadership.
• Strong risk, dependency and governance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme leadership across two concurrent transformation programmes.
• Identify, manage and communicate critical dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance, reporting and programme controls.
• Support sponsors and steering committees with actionable insights.
• Monitor health, progress, risks and budget performance.
• Surface risks and blockers early to maintain delivery stability.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business and tech teams.
• Drive accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Support resource planning and dependency management across teams.
• Champion pragmatic delivery approaches and best practices.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and suppliers as required.
