Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex, multi‑supplier transformation programmes across sectors, delivering governance, risk management and value delivery.

You will shape delivery strategies, manage budgets and engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to P3O practices, automation initiatives, and new offerings.

This role offers hybrid working across the UK, with exposure to diverse industries and impactful transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, multi‑supplier transformations.
• Experience governance, stakeholder and risk management.
• Experience in consultancy or equivalent industry delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping, planning and delivery of complex client transformations.
• Manage budgets, resources, billing and contracts for engagements.
• Develop delivery strategies and new offerings using existing assets and insights.
