Job summary

Tesco is seeking a proactive Technical Programme Manager to drive and deliver projects and programmes in the Customer Fulfilment domain across UK&I. You will engage senior leaders, stakeholders across UX/UI, Product and Engineering, and collaborate within a 10-person TPM team.

You will shape programme strategy, manage communications and training, and ensure benefits realisation with a sustainable change. The role requires strong stakeholder skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience of defining and delivering Programs/Projects within a large organisation.
• Experience of shaping programs with ambiguous scope and uncertain delivery approach.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening).

Responsibilities

• Drive, lead and deliver projects and programs within your remit from ideation through to launch.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans for a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Define and deliver programme strategy, aligning with team practices and introducing fresh ideas.
• Create persuasive communications materials and manage program-related communications to stakeholders.
• Identify education and training requirements and work with Training Team to develop solutions.
• Be the go-to person for delivering and managing programs, representing end users and support teams.
