Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of big-scale technology and change initiatives that will shape the organisation’s operating model and delivery capability. You will operate across business, technology and executive stakeholders, bringing structure, insight and delivery rigor to complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology and business transformation programmes.
• Experience managing large budgets and multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience operating across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme leadership across multiple strategic technology and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, roadmaps and delivery milestones.
• Identify, manage and communicate critical dependencies across workstreams and teams.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks and programme controls.
• Monitor programme health, delivery progress, risks, issues and budget performance.
• Support senior sponsors and steering committees with clear, actionable programme insights.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Ensure programme outcomes remain aligned to strategic objectives and expected benefits.
• Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners where required.
• Champion programme management best practice and continuous improvement.
