Entrust is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across EMEA and global technical roles. You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, interview candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to drive hiring success.

The role supports employer branding, referral programs, and strict regulatory compliance while fostering a fast-paced, inclusive culture. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and are proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel,

• Bachelor’s degree and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively source, network and interview potential candidates.
• Support and build Entrust employment brand.
• Support the Employee Referral Program.
• Adhere to equal opportunity guidelines and regulations in recruiting efforts.
• Manage operational projects to streamline recruitment efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
• Manage relationships with preferred vendors and recruitment partners.
• Knowledge of Workday is a huge plus.
