Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for software, data, cybersecurity, and cloud roles, servicing a global client base.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a proven ability to build talent pipelines remotely. You will collaborate with a distributed team, leverage advanced tools, and drive successful hires with competitive compensation structures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven IT recruitment experience placing candidates in technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of IT technologies, languages, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Thrives in remote environments and familiar with ATS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for software, data, cybersecurity, and cloud roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using social networks and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews.
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide market insights on IT talent, compensation, and demand.
• Oversee offers, negotiate terms, and close hires.
• Collaborate with a distributed remote recruitment team.
• Optimize ATS usage for efficient candidate management.
