Entrust is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across EMEA and global technical roles. You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, interview candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to drive hiring success.

The role supports employer branding, referral programs, and strict regulatory compliance while fostering a fast-paced, inclusive culture. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and are proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel,

• Manage relationships with preferred vendors and recruitment partners.
• Knowledge of Workday is a huge plus.

Position Overview

Join our innovative, results- based Recruitment team to help source, identify, interview and recommend placement of employees through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.

You will:

• undefined Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires. (your focus)
• Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates. (your job)
• Support and build Entrust employment brand. (OUR opportunity)
• Support the Employee Referral Program. (our employees come first)

Your experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter. (YOU will own your desk)
• Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. (tools of the trade)
• Clear understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment best practices. (YOU will do it all)
• Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates (sometimes thinking way outside the box)
• Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence. (leading through influence)
• Urgency in a fast paced organization (how fast can you go from zero to 60+)

Ideally you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree, and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations
• Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
