Optasia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in the UK or Athens. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on technical roles across engineering, software, data, and DevOps, with a strong emphasis on Africa and other international markets.

You will proactively source, headhunt, and manage candidates through interviews, offers, and placement, using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, while maintaining accurate ATS records and

• 6+ years of recruitment experience gained in-house, within an agency, or both.
• Strong technical recruitment experience across software/fintech teams.
• Experience recruiting across international markets, including Africa.
• Hands-on headhunting, direct sourcing, and talent mapping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Drive technical hiring across engineering, data, DevOps, AI/ML roles.
• Proactively headhunt and source for hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards effectively.
• Build pipelines across international markets, focusing on Africa.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS records and provide timely updates.
