Optasia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, based in the UK or Athens. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles across international markets, with a particular emphasis on Africa.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to fill vacancies quickly and effectively. You will own proactive headhunting, Boolean searches, and the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to build

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong technical recruitment experience across engineering, software, data, DevOps, AI/ML
• Experience recruiting across African markets
• Proven headhunting and direct sourcing ability
• Proficient with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Able to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Drive technical recruitment across engineering, data, and corporate roles
• Proactive headhunting and direct sourcing for hard-to-fill vacancies
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to attract talent
• Build pipelines across international markets, especially Africa
• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum with hiring managers
• Screen candidates and provide evidence-based feedback and recommendations
• Negotiate offers and support final placements
• Ensure timely updates and pipeline progress in the ATS
