L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This remote-friendly role supports UK hiring and helps expand into Europe and the Middle East, building strong relationships with HR, Hiring Managers, and external agencies.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, maintain SAP SuccessFactors, and cultivate a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across UK markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to UK sites.

Responsibilities

• Attract, engage and secure top talent across the UK and emerging international markets.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future needs.
• Proactively engage with passive and active candidates and report progress.
• Own recruitment activity in SAP SuccessFactors and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders and external agencies.
• Support Early Careers recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
