Job summary

PSI is a leading Contract Research Organization with a global reach, delivering high‑quality clinical trial services. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across Europe, a remote UK position for one year with potential extension.

You will develop job ads, source candidates, screen interviews, and maintain our ATS while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries is an advantage.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and maintain engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct first-round interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment records.
• Build candidate pipelines for PSI open and future opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote the PSI employer brand.
