Job summary

Efficio, a leading procurement and supply chain consultancy, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent hires and partner with stakeholders to attract top talent.

In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will build talent pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, and use market insight to influence hiring decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong direct sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical or consulting roles; experience in a consulting or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Outstanding communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for finding great talent and improving recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent hires across multiple business areas.
• Partnering with hiring managers, staffing teams and senior stakeholders (up to VP level) to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing expert market insight and recruitment advice throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively sourcing, networking and engaging with high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
• Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience.
• Using recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, improve processes and support strategic recruitment initiatives.
