Job summary

Efficio is a global procurement and supply chain consultancy seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our global Recruitment team. You will support hiring of permanent employees across the business, working with experienced recruiters to cover multiple regions.

This role offers exposure to full recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in developing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Some previous experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and colleagues at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team with hiring across different levels, functions and locations globally.
• Identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other direct sourcing channels.
• Review direct applications and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and support candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and work with candidates and interviewers for a smooth process.
• Keep candidate information and recruitment systems accurate and up to date.
• Support recruiters with managing candidate pipelines and ensure activity stays on track.
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Build relationships with candidates and develop longer-term talent pools.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to end of process.
• Collaborate with recruiters across regions and support areas with highest hiring demand.
• Develop understanding of business areas, roles and candidate profiles.
• Support wider recruitment projects and initiatives as required.
• As experience grows, take greater ownership of sourcing, screening and elements of the recruitment process.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our global Recruitment team, supporting the hiring of permanent employees across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and colleagues across the business, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your skills in candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination and stakeholder management.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the recruitment team with hiring across different levels, functions and locations globally.
• Helping to identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other direct sourcing channels.
• Reviewing direct applications and identifying candidates who meet the requirements of our roles.
• Conducting initial candidate conversations and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinating interviews and working closely with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Keeping candidate information and recruitment systems accurate and up to date.
• Supporting recruiters with the management of candidate pipelines and helping to ensure recruitment activity remains on track.
• Proactively reaching out to potential candidates and helping to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Building relationships with candidates and helping to develop our longer-term talent pools.
• Providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the end of the recruitment process.
• Working collaboratively with recruiters across different regions, providing support where hiring demand is highest.
• Developing your understanding of our different business areas, roles and target candidate profiles.
• Supporting wider recruitment projects and initiatives as required.
• As your experience develops, taking greater ownership of candidate sourcing, screening and elements of the recruitment process.
