Responsibilities

• Handle multiple high-complexity projects delivering top-quality client outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior executives, shape strategic direction, and prepare steering committee presentations.
• Manage and coach consulting teams, typically 7+ consultants.
• Engage in business development by identifying client needs and proposing solutions.
• Proactively network with senior client stakeholders to support recruitment activities.
