Job summary

Pertemps Daventry is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA/APAC to shape recruitment across multiple countries and cultures. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and drive scalable hiring practices in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires up to 25% travel, involvement in workforce planning, data-driven decision making, and a focus on candidate experience, employer branding, and compliant processes across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading talent acquisition teams in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries and markets in EMEA/APAC.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and delivery across the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for key leadership, corporate, and business-critical positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and identify trends and risks.
• Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Marketing, and Operations on workforce planning.
• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing activities across the region.
