Informed Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical and consulting roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across the organisation.

As part of a growing team, you’ll identify talent, improve attraction strategies and drive continuous recruitment improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and a high-quality recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in-house.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles including technical, consulting and business support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Produce high-quality adverts and attraction campaigns.
• Support offer management and onboarding activities.
